Hello: I am trying to find a very specific picture: A giant, spiny column shooting needles at a hapless space adventurer.
It has been killing me… I know it was in one of these books, but I don’t know WHICH ONE! I think it might be in Settlers in Space, but I am not sure. Can you help me?!

Hi Trevor…you’re, almost, in the right place. Check out the Galactic Aliens post under the Vintage Books heading…you’ll see a pic of the fearsome “Porcupine” from planet Huiytonmij5fu. It appears to be a Tony Roberts piece. Hope this helps!

Hey there, big TTA fan here, I have another similar book for this section, “Wanted: 22 Alien Criminals Wanted by the Intergalactic Security Bureau; 22 Full-Color Posters of the Most Wanted Alien Criminals”, by Eric Seidman.
It was a huge poster book of SF art, with accompanying spiels on the characters, written as Wanted posters.
I remember a sexually deviant warthog-man who was wanted for shouting “leakage” in an aquarium, and an extradimensional graffiti artist who was just a big ball with a pen that would scribble on things…
Really hard to find a copy these days, sad to say.
