Renowed LucasFilm concept artist, Doug Chiang, combines his great talent and vision with well-known sci-fi writer, Orson Scott Card, to create Robota, a dystopian tale of a reluctant humanoid human and his motley band of primate and saurian allies to overthrown the last vestiges of a droid regime. Chiang’s art style is a blend of Ralph McQuarrie and Syd Meade, with a helping of steampunk sensibility and style. An easy, bracing read, the ample illustrations really make this a title worth acquiring.
